• We ship from West Virginia.

• We only offer domestic shipping.

• Please allow 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. Our processing time is based on product availability and production time. Please note that we hand-make our items and most items are made-to-order. Therefore, production time varies per order. 

• Shipping time depends on your location and the mailing carrier. Please note several carriers are currently expecting shipping delays. Most orders are generally delivered in 2-8 business days, but not guaranteed. 

• Shipping costs are determined at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders $75 or more.

• Please consider both shipping and processing times prior to placing your order.

Return Policy
Because our products are handmade and generally made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read item descriptions carefully and review your cart prior to placing an order.

In the event that an item arrives damaged or an error from our behalf occurs (i.e., wrong item sent), we will do our best to make things right and please our customers! Should an instance like this happen, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can review your issue and determine if a refund or shop credit will be awarded.
